We bought our tickets through SAS flying from Denver to Stockholm through Chicago in Economy Plus/ (almost as nice as business in the US).The flight from Denver to Chicago was delayed and we missed our connection.

SAS eventually had us re routed on Finn Air the next day after 3 phone calls. (Initially they wanted to leave us waitlisted for the next 4 days in Chicago. ) We were promised the seats would be the same which after checking they were not. We were then promised a refund as soon as the flight completed and we logged a formal complaint.

Complaints was logged and received a response 6 weeks later!!!! No - sorry - not our problem.

Tried to call and escalate.Initially they were looking into it but then today - sorry No not our problem and they hung up!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Scandinavian Airlines. The most disappointing about scandinavian airlines customer care from Scandinavian Airlines was customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
